Wicked Dolphin Distillery is a family-run manufacturer of award-winning small batch rum and other spirits in Cape Coral, Florida. Using Florida sugar cane and local natural ingredients, the distillery produces handcrafted spirits that are less sugar, vegan, and gluten-free. Visitors can tour the facility to see the sourcing, cooking, fermenting, and distilling process, and then visit the barrel room to learn how the spirits get their unique color and taste. The distillery also features a gift shop and a bar. Tours are available on select days with reservations recommended. Wicked Dolphin Distillery has been recognized as Best Craft Rum Distillery multiple years and has received medals from USA Today and San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
