The service

Florida Spot is a directory of Florida businesses that hold a 4.8-star or higher Google rating at the time of listing. Browsing is free and requires no account.

Listing accuracy

Listing data (ratings, reviews, hours, contact details) is compiled from public sources and refreshed automatically, but we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Ratings can change; businesses can close or change ownership. Always confirm details directly with the business before hiring.

No endorsement

A listing on Florida Spot is not an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of any business's work. We are a discovery platform — hiring decisions, contracts, and payments happen strictly between you and the business.

Business owners & claimed profiles

Business owners may claim their listing to manage its content. By claiming a profile you confirm you are authorized to represent that business, and you agree that content you add (photos, descriptions) is accurate and yours to publish. Premium subscriptions are billed as described at purchase and can be cancelled anytime; cancellation stops future billing but is not retroactive.

Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape the directory at scale, submit false leads or reviews, misrepresent your identity, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Removal requests

If you own a listed business and want your listing corrected or removed, contact us via the contact page — we act on verified requests promptly.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Florida Spot is not liable for damages arising from your use of the directory or from work performed by listed businesses.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
