Salt Essentials Wellness, located in Largo, Florida, is a massage spa that offers a holistic approach to health and wellness. Owner Karen Lyons Koch, a long-time Tampa Bay resident, founded the spa in October 2020 after discovering halotherapy's benefits for her chronic allergies and asthma.
