Since 2016, it has served over 20 coffee recipes made from 100% Arabica beans, roasted daily Cuban-style. The cafe focuses on sharing authentic sabor cubano through its signature la colada, a strong, sweet coffee served in small doses. Committed to sustainability, La Colada Gourmet sources beans from small, certified Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade producers.
