Specializing in fitness, physiotherapy, and wellness, Yvette's Health & Fitness is a Sarasota fitness center owned and operated by certified personal trainer Yvette Bernosky since 2009. With over three decades of experience, Yvette works with a diverse clientele, including business professionals and pageant winners, and focuses on helping mature populations maintain confidence in their later years. She creates personalized workout plans that accommodate each client's health conditions and concerns. Yvette holds multiple certifications from the American Council on Exercise and the Aerobic & Fitness Association of America, among others. She is also the Wellness & Athletic Director for a local golf and country club and co-created a continuing education program for personal trainers.
