Today, they create handcrafted small-batch ice cream from scratch, using milk and cream from local family-owned Dakin Dairy Farms, which prioritizes sustainable practices and grass-fed cows without antibiotics or added growth hormones. Their menu features unique flavors inspired by travel, family traditions, and Italian heritage. The shop also serves as a dessert shop and confectionery, open daily from 12pm to 9pm.
