The restaurant serves traditional dishes like arepas, pabellón (slow-cooked shredded flank steak with black beans, rice, and plantains), patacón, cachapas, empanadas, and homemade desserts such as marquesas. Specialty items include the Cowboy's Arepa, a gluten-free arepa stuffed with grilled picanha steak, fresh pico de gallo, and handmade mozzarella. All dishes are prepared from scratch with care and tradition. Coco's Bistro is located at 5321 Fruitville Rd and open from 11:00 AM to 8:45 PM Sunday through Saturday, closed Tuesday.
