Fat Cat Cafe in Tallahassee combines a cat cafe, nonprofit feline adoption center, and eclectic boutique. Visitors can enjoy modest treats and beverages before entering the cuddle room for a small fee that supports operations and cat care. All cats come from local rescues, are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested for FeLV and FIV. Since opening in August 2017, Fat Cat Cafe has facilitated over 1,780 adoptions. The boutique features works by local artists and artisans. Fat Cat Cafe is open daily and serves the Tallahassee community.
